Vintage Gunmetal Coin Necklace

Vintage gunmetal-tone coin pendant engraved with cameo portrait of Queen Elizabeth II (the circumscribed text reads "Elizabeth II" on one side, and "D.G. Regina" on the other) 18" black PU/vegan/faux leather cord chain with 2" silver-tone extension and lobster clasp closure. Materials unknown, but likely costume jewelry - definitely not an actual coin; NOT real British/UK currency! Some very faint tarnishing at pendant - see up-close photos for reference. In otherwise excellent, gently pre-loved condition, with no other flaws noted whatsoever. The coin charm is approx. the size of a penny - see photos for exact measurements.
