Vintage Halloween Ghost & Pumpkin Decorative Bow

Pre-owned, has some glue residue on a part of it, see pictures, sold as is. overall good condition, very cool! I believe this is meant to tie onto a wreath, or really anything that you want to use to decorate. the bow has a velvet feel to it. cool find.
