Vintage Hottopic Dress

Cute black and purple sleeveless dress. Vintage Hottopic dress brand Sweet Love, size large. This dress is damaged but could potentially be repaired. There is a hole in the side that could be stitched closed. Some spots on the front of the skirt you could patch. Discoloration on the side ties and light discoloration on the collar. I was going to repair it but I don't have the time.
