Magnin silk shift dress Color is solid black - no fading - some pics are over exposed to see the details Short sleeves that have some pleats at the top (see pics) Neckline & cuffs on sleeves are beaded with black bugle beads 1 single box pleat at neckline that is pressed into the fabric all the way down to the hem  The dress has belt loops but does not come with a belt The dress will look great without the belt Classic design that withstands the years!
