Vintage Iittala of Finland Kuusi Christmas Tree Votive Candle Holder

Iittala a Finland company established in 1881 has a rich history of producing beautifully crafted products that seamlessly blend form and function in a style that captures the essence of Finnish design. This Iittala candle holder is vintage from the 1980's and is an original design by noted designer Jurma Vennola. This winter/Christmas motif glass votive holder has a pattern consisting of 6 spruce trees. The pattern name Kuusi is a clever play on words - the word "Kuusi" means both spruce and six in Finnish. This item is in excellent vintage preowned condition with no chips, cracks or repairs and still has the made in Finland sticker attached. The approximate dimensions are 2 7/8 inches tall and 3/4 inches in width.
