Vintage Joseph Magnin Skirt Set Large Red 70s French Terry Sweater

Vtg Joseph Magnin French Terry sweater skirt set in a vibrant multitone orangeish-red color. Black faceted button front sweater. The first three buttons are functional, the 4th-7th buttons are not functional and can't be opened, and the last button is functional. Unsure if that interesting button configuration was done by the designer or by a past owner, but if you wish, it likely can be altered so that they all open or they all close. Side slits on sides of sweater and on both sides of skirt Rare and unique! Most likely from the 70s. Colorful, retro, and comfortable. Very soft and high quality fabric. Good pre-owned vintage condition with only limited, subtle signs of age/wear to fabric. No noted flaws or marks. SIZING: PLEASE READ: Vintage sizing is different than modern sizing, so measurements are the best way to evaluate fit. The sweater is approx 19" across the chest when laid flat and is athe skirt is approx 22" from shoulder to bottom hem. The skirt is approx 26" long, 13.5" across elastic waist when laid flat, and the side slits on the bottom of the skirt are approx 10" long. I recommend comparing these measurements to a sweater/top and skirt with an elastic waist you already own to ensure a good fit. The label reads size 13. However, in my opinion (which could possibly be wrong so check measurements please) based on the measurements, this set would best fit someone who usually wears a large, maybe a medium.
