Vintage Lancaster Wool Fedora With Black& Red Feathers

I'm tempted to call this hat magenta, since it's the color of the year... lol! But in reality, it's more of a wine red, not as much purple in it. It has a red velvet hatband, and red and black feathers. It's in excellent condition, but I'm not sure what decade... Inner rim measures 21"
