Vintage Miss Elliette XS Periwinkle Blue Dress

Vintage Miss Elliette dress! Beautiful periwinkle blue. This dress is such a fun find. Pleated skirt and lace waist. This is in great condition. It’s a 6 so it fits like an XS. The waist is also elastic. There are a few light spots but it’s hardly noticeable. I tried to get a picture but you can’t really tell in the picture because they’re super light. Measurements: Bust- 17” Waist- 13” Length- 47” Sleeves- 17”
