Vintage Monet Silver Tone Hinged Fork Bracelet w/ Hearts 6.5" Handmade?

Here is a super cute vintage bracelet formed out of a fork, and the tines are in the shape of hearts. Although it is marked Monet, I have a hunch it may have been handmade using Monet "parts". It is silver plated not sterling silver and thus is showing some permanent wear but not too bad! Still a very cute piece. Measures 6.5" around the interior.
