Vintage Moschino Redwall Saffiano Leather Handbag

Here's an authentic Moschino purse made in Italy by Redwall. Redwall is a leather goods manufacturer located in Pianoro, Italy and produces or has produced purses and belts for luxury brands, including Borbonese, Ungaro, Moschino, Romeo Gigli and Armani. I believe that they produced goods for Moschino starting during the 80s up until the year 2000. The bag is made in a “handbag” form. The front of the purse has a gold/silver toned plaque affixed to it that reads “Moschino”. The top of the purse closes with a magnetic button. The interior of the purse is lined with black fabric that reads Moschino. There is a pocket built into the side of the lining that has a heart-shaped gold toned metal zipper pull. The zipper pull is stamped “Moschino” and on the reverse side is stamped with the serial number 403332, as well as “Redwall Made in Italy”. Note the serial number on the zipper pull matches the serial number on the interior fabric tag. The interior is split with two separate sections. The bag measures 10.5” in height and 12.5” in width by 4” depth at the bottom. It has 2 handles and the handle drop is 7”. Gold ring hardware affixes the handles. All hardware has minor scratching conducive with the purses age. Overall this bag is in very good condition - this purse looks like it saw little if any use and was well cared for and stored. At some point the bag may have started to bloom in areas. This is a 100% authentic Moschino bag - wonderful design and quality.
