Vintage NPC Fashions Women's Black Blazer Size 18 With Diamond Clothes Pin

100% polyester. 2 Front pockets. There are a few loose strings and a few small white stains. There is a clothes pin on it. I'm not sure if the diamonds in it are real or fake. There should've been 7 diamonds, 6 outside and 1 inside but 3 of the outside ones aren't there so there is only 3 on the outside. If you don't want the clothes pin I will take it off. I'm not for sure if it's vintage or not but all of the NPC Fashions blazers I've seen say vintage. Some of the pics look like there's dirt on it but that's not what it is. There's no dirt on it so it must just be something from my camera. Measurements: Shoulders - 17 1/8" Arms - 23 1/2" Chest - 21" Length - 25 1/2" Opening - 21" These measurements may not be exact, but these are what I got.
