Vintage Ring

Stunning An electric teal blue paste rock of a gemstone forms the focal point of this remarkable Art Deco ring. Paste from/Built in the 1920s, the scale is nothing short of huge, and the stone's colour is verging on the absurd (doesn't quite get there IMO, but it's close). Paste - if you're not familiar - is the trade term- special gemstone-imitating form of leaded glass first perfected in the 18th century by one Georges-Frédéric Strass, (and as a result of his invention- added fire and brilliance). By the time we get to the 1920s, they'd worked out exactly which trace elements to add in order to make wild and vibrant colours like this extremely rare and stunning teal ston😍 sits on a 1950’s 14K Gold Setting that has natural topaz gems on the sides😍 Please note gold bands, LV watch and all other items not included in this listing only used for display.
