Vintage Rodo Embroidered Brocade Purse‎

The bag measures 9"w x 6"h x 1"d. This multi colored brocade purse is rectangular in size with a fold over envelope flap. It is mostly linear with straight lines and points. The purse has a light cream colored background. There is a stylized floral pattern of large flowers and flora. The floral palette is done in the colors of soft mauve, moss green, gentle purple, delicious raspberry, bronze and brown and more. There is gold metallic thread outlining the design. Combine all this and the effect is classy and elegant. The purse closes with a snap on the inner side of the flap. The bottom of the flap is pointed with shiny gold metal border. There is a shiny goldtone link chain and the drop is 20". The shoulder chain can be tucked inside when the bag is used as a shoulder bag. The inside is lined with the "Rodo" signature fabric. It is a golden color. The inside is very clean with minuscule indications of age and usage. The bag is in good condition wear to the closure.
