Vintage 1980’s Dress!! Perfect example of when vintage style is back on trend! Royal blue stretch velvet dress has 3 spaghetti straps, sweetheart neckline, light boning in breast area, above the knee front slit, zip back Cape has stretch velvety collar, rhinestone and pearl brooch is attached, high low silhouette with split back and double button neck. The cape is sized XL and the dress is sized 2X but these are 1980’s sizing so it fits smaller. Use the measurements as your sizing guide Armpit to armpit is approximately 19” Waist is approximately 17” Hips are approximately 21” Length is approximately 60” There is stretch in the velvet.
