This is a unique vintage dress from Dressy Tessy in Size Small (S). Shirt-style dress with a Southwestern design. The dress is a beige color. As a vintage dress, there are shoulder pads sewn in. Poly/cotton blend makes for a sweatshirt type feel that is super comfy. The padded shoulders are lined with alternating tassels, teal accents, and orange accents.
