Vintage Spring Poly Jacket White Embroidery Medium

This cute jacket is perfect for spring. It fits me like a modern medium, but please see measurements. I love the orange, white, and light blue embroidery on the front. It is in good condition but there is a small flaw on the underarm of the right sleeve near the seam (see pictures). There is no wording left on the tag but this is stretchy and feels like 100 percent polyester knit. My home is smoke free. Thanks so much for looking!
