This vest is so stinking cute!!! Vintage 90s vest with embroidered floral velvet details. The elastic of the button closures is a bit stretched out, but still closes fine. Otherwise no issues. 60% cotton, 40% polyester. No tie back. Looks adorable layered with a turtleneck.
