vintage Koret Tartan Plaid, houndstooth, satin look button down blouse with long sleeves, puff shoulder seems, balloon sleeves. The blouse is a button down with hidden buttons. A couple of the buttons have been replaced and one button hole has been mended; however, this is not visible during wear. Please see photos with approximate flat lay measurements to ensure proper fit.
