Vintage Teddy with Balloons Pin

As an elementary school teacher and administrator, I had quite the collection of "cute" things I bought with the kids in mind. This little teddy was one such item. It is still in the original box. I never remembered it when Valentine's Day was approaching. Handmade, with a tac back, making it good as a pin or even a tie tac. Excellent preowned condition.
