Vintage Tooled Leather Basket Purse

Vintage Purse with Tooled Leather Top featuring art nouveau flower and oxen and Wicker Basket Body with Wood Bottom. Double handled with turn lock closure and metal stud detail. Mild oxidation to the hardware. It most likely is brass. There are no maker labels, possibly a hand made item from Mexico. The leather shows normal signs of wear and scuff marks for its age.
