Vintage Turquoise & White Bridesmaid/Prom Dress - Size 13/14

Vintage Turquoise & White Bridesmaid/Prom Dress - Size 13/14 This is a beautiful turquoise and white dress with a princess waistline, puffy sleeves, a v-back and a big bow in back. It has a matching rose & ribbon hair clip. It was only worn once to a wedding back in the 1990's. The bodice is 49% cotton and 51% acetate; and the skirt is white satin-like material with 2 layers of white netting material (tulle?) over it. It has been in a plastic dress bag cover, but PROBABLY NEEDS PROFESSIONAL CLEANING as it has been in my closet for years. Keep in mind that the size is from the 1990s and may not be the same as today, so if you need me to try to do measurements, let me know. PLEASE NOTE: I can't get good full length pictures of the dress in the Poshmark ad no matter how hard I try, it cuts most of them off. I tried to take pictures of the dirt along the hem line that happens to every dress that touches the ground, but it doesn't show it very well. Also, I don't know the names of the different types of material, so I am giving the best description that I can.
