Vintage Whittier Ceramic Soup Tureen

Off white ceramics, soup bowl tureen with lid and ladle, lid has pear and leaf detail on top and ribbed detail around sides, outside of bowl has ribbed edges and is double handled, measures approximately 8 1/2in tall with lid on, 13in wide across handles, 8in deep, holds about 12 cups, excellent condition, no chips or cracks, small grey dots of natural imperfections in glaze can be seen throughout, lid fits comfortable on bowl with opening for ladle, light scuffs on underside edge of base from prior use, marked Whittier Pottery ‘79, USA, please see pictures
