This is a vintage Yves Saint Clair Petites navy blue career blouse. Pleated front panel and with hidden buttons. It has small shoulder pads and covered fabric buttons on cuff. It is in great vintage condition. Small flaw at shirt tail by side seam on back left hem. See photos for details. (Close up photos wash out the navy color.)
