Vintage brooch pin Norelco in a fancy box

A vintage brooch with gold tone circle and swirling rays surrounding an off center blue crystal stud bordered by smaller blue crystals. Does not appear to have been worn. The box is a hard metal case with gold and black fabric covering, inside is a pink lining with Norelco logo. Very fancy and pristine condition for a vintage item. Pin is about 30 mm or 1.25 inch diameter, box is almost 4 inches widest point.
