Vintage inspired strapless dress, women’s S / juniors 9, EUC

Ruby Rox vintage inspired strapless dress in EUC. Juniors size 9, which fits women’s size S, a little on the small side in the bust / rib cage area (I tried it on and usually wear size 4). Mint condition! Red netting at hem is super soft. The dress does have a little stretch. Has bust seaming, and the waist seam dips down a bit in the center. Measurements across top: 14” Flat waist: 14” Length to bottom of netting: 36”
