Lovely, vintage ladies hat with vail floral, roses, velvet bow, velvet leaves, 1940s or 50s. The is no makers tag but there is a Union Made, USA tag. The hat is in good vintage condition, the vail is fully in tact, but there are a few spots on it, presumably from origional glue.
