Drop Waist Flapper Vintage Dress Designed in 60s to pay tribute to the 20s flapper look. Most of dress is abstract dots & front has 2 bust darts. On right sits a pocket with a horizontal stripe pattern block consisting of rectangles, ovals, dots & circles. Same pattern block used on belt & dress collar but vertical stripes. The belt opens with 2 buttons which have age (see photo).
