Vintage 80s button down floral dress small belted

Vintage 80s day dress. Brand is E.D. Michaels by Melanie Drucker. Size says 9/10 but fits like a modern small. Please see measurements. Beautiful purple floral pattern. Rose buttons. One button broke off when I took the dress off & would need to be super glued or replaced. Also, rivets on belt are missing as shown in last pic. Has shoulder pads, elastic waist.
