Funky 1970’s vintage brown ceramic ashtray in the shape of and proudly proclaiming IOWA. Stickered “Handicap Village/ Clear Lake, Iowa” A special needs outreach community founded in 1971, still providing disability services as “One Vision” in northern Iowa.
