Short sleeves Drop waist Pleat style skirt Metal zipper back closure Size tag reads; size 16 - Measurements in photos. Please review since vintage sizing runs small No material tag typical for vintage pre 70's. Material feels to be a thin weight cotton material. Possible it once had a belt since there are thin string style belt loops on the sides of the dress. The dress has been steamed and not laundered since it has the Pennys tag on it.
