Its so hard to believe that this painting is not signed! Whoever the artist was, they did an amazing job. It could maybe be signed under the frame. There is a little bit of yellowing stains around the linen matting . See photos. The frame is a light colored solid wood frame. Picture with frame measures 17 x 4 1/2.
