Vtg Cloisonné Buckle 3x1 w Shiny Gold Fish Scales Belt Butterfly & Flowers Total length of strap is about 38 inches. Not sure if it is meant to stretch but it doesn't seem to have stretch in its current state. There is a blemish in the metal scales in 1 area (see last picture). The cloisonné buckle is in great condition. Attachment of strap to buckle uses a simple mechanism. If you are at all crafty, it would be easy to disassemble the belt and use the buckle for another project. Listing price of $42 includes buckle ($32) and strap ($10). Willing to sell just the buckle.
