Vintage PICARD Art Huron Quebec Canada Handcrafted First Nations Native American Doll 9.25” Tall Vintage First Nations / Native American / Indigenous / Indian doll made in Canada by a Huron craftsman. Free standing plastic body female doll with two long braids wrapped in white leather ties. She wears a white leather headband with beaded leather tie closure and delicate small feathers stuck into one side. Her handcrafted white leather outfit features leather strip ties with beaded tips. The top of the outfit is decorated with a hand painted plant with a brown stem, green leaves, and flowers with yellow petals and blue centers. She wears white leather moccasins. Measures 9.25” tall. Attached Picard tag describes this vintage collectable doll in both English and French. The back of the tag reads, Made in Canada by a Huron craftsman.A handwritten notation reads, MYRA Quebec Canada Set.10 1999. Doll and original clothing are in excellent condition.
