Silky and stretchy feeling (material tag is missing but a quick google search showed this as polyester) Full length maxi dress. Stretchy around bustline with some ruching. Looks to me that there might have been some straps that could have been removed. However it doesn't seem like it would affect fit or look. Otherwise In great used condition.
