WOMEN'S BUTTON UP BLOUSE BY CHARLOTTE RUSSE / MED

This is a shear blouse that you would wear over a cami or any tank. It is a mint green with white lace on the upperback shoulder area as you can see in the pictures. I believe it is a medium. It is preowned, but in very good condition. It is long sleeves, that button at the cuff.
