New old stock, dead stock. Silver Lake slim fit, fitted seat and thigh, tapered leg, fits over boots. Inseam size is 36, measures between 35 and 36. These would have been worn stacked over your boots. I would call this dark green forest. Approx measurements, 11” across waist, 10” rise, 7” leg opening.
