ruanne7 Hi, am not understanding the waist size. Is it 28in? And what is the length? Thanks

darbyville @ruanne7 Good evening, so the waist measurement with them laying flat is 14 inches, the inseam is from the center crouch seam to the hem. I just take a pair of pants I like the fit of and measure them the same way to get an idea of how they compare . I hope that makes sense. 😁

darbyville @ruanne7 Hello, so as in the pictures, I would call the length 26.5 inches from top to bottom and I would call the waist approx 28 inches. I hope that helps.
