White & Black Split Sleeve Striped Newport News Flutter Sleeve Gauzy Blouse Top

This is a Newport News blouse with white & black stripes. Has pretty feminine split flutter sleeves & bottom hem. Has a Deep V Neck twist front, & is a very lightweight gauzy & stretchy material, almost transparent. Has a few tiny holes on the front, & one tiny little hole on the back, see pics....so this might be best to layer under a blazer or sweater. Price reflects condition.
