This beautiful top is part of the Purple Lavender Edition from White House Black Market. This is a dressy active wear split sleeve blouse in a white light fabric with a beautiful floral pattern. The sleeves are about cap length but are split by design. It has an elastic waist with loops for a ribbon belt (not included). From the shoulder the length is about 21".
