Great dress by Who What Wear (Target) size XXL. It is red with a black and white floral pattern, sleeveless, neckline is a ruffled elastic so you could wear it off the shoulder. Has a thin tie at waist belt and high low hem line, hits below the knee. Has a back key hole button closure. Measurements are approximate and taken lying flat: armpit to armpit: 23", waist (where it ties) 27", length to high hem 42", length to low hem 49". Excellent clean condition.
