They are a little scuffed but in good condition . I’m sure the scratches can be wiped off I’ll try to wipe off myself to make sure. A SZ 39 is a size 9. I really wanted them and they didn’t have my size, 8/38 but I got them anyway . I believe they are true to size because it’s just enough room in them for a size 9. This is a comfortable designer shoe . I don’t have the box anymore, but I will send them in another box for protection . And all of my shoes come in clear boxes with white lids that are without original boxes.
