Women’s Small Shimmer Dress

Brand New Women’s Size Small Shimmer Dress; Very Pretty! Dress is definitely small, so please review measurements. There are some small snags which could easily be cut off without effecting the garment. Sewing in front center (by waist) is a little odd, but I don’t believe it would be noticeable when wearing it. Last pic is just to show top right as in the first pics there was a small piece of thread stuck to the garment that I hadn’t noticed..came right off. Smoke free home
