Womens decree sleeveless work business casual dress black size s

This item is from a pet, smoke free location. I think I bought it at kohls or a store like that. It’s been worn once and dry cleaned. It’s in perfect condition with no stains or tears. It’s a business casual type dress hitting at the knees and a very thick fabric. The top looks like 2 pieces (like a skirt and shirt) but is all attached. The dress looks nice with a blazer.
