Does the mean they fit shoes size 11 or just 11 inches long

@mikiewhispers This set is 11" long. I do have two other sets that expand from 11.5" - 12.5" . All of the shoe trees I have are split toe which is the best.

@hillcrest2 I'm sorry I don't have a woman's size 9. But these are 11" long but the spacer bars push in 3/4". So they could fit into a shoe 10.25". Hope this helps you.
