Y2K RUBY ROX Black Sparkly Floral Mesh Red Halter Dress

This is a dress from the early 2000s, it opens with a zipper on the side, and ties around the neck! Fabulous halter mini dress with ruching on the sides and an asymmetrical ruffled skirt. There are a few flaws like some minor tears in the mesh, but they are not very noticeable. I've included a photo of the only one I found, but there may be more! Fits M-L. This dress gives major My Chemical Romance Helena vibes, totally fit for a scene queen.
