green and blue paisly unisex midi skirt

Hard to describe lovely sea green and blue paisley woven fabric skirt. The elastic waist is really a work of art. It looks like woven silk--I was shocked to see it was polyester fabric. Its just a special piece that really defies description. Lapis brand, one size but fits like M-L Unisex, the waist fits 28-34 inches and it's long. Im 5'2" and it reaches my ankles.
