Stretchy polyester blend to make this your most comfortable work dress. Please note there is no belt included but I do see some belt loops on either side and the front. These could be removed if desired. Lots of stretch to this one. The pit to pit measurement is 17 inches. The waist measurement is 14 1/2 inches. From the shoulder scene to the bottom hem is 36 inches. Shown on a size 6 mannequin. In excellent preowned condition. The only flaw I see is the missing belt.
