This one is in a bright royal blue, and is great for layering under a blazer or cardigan or wearing by itself. It has some stretch to it and is made out of a polyester spandex blend. Labeled a size 4. The pit to pit measurement is about 17 inches. The waist is about 14 1/2 inches from the shoulder scene to the bottom is about 35 inches. There is considerable amount of stretch to this if needed.
