Issue New York Colorful Tea Length Party Dress Size 6

The original owned called this her New Orleans Dress, Netting with colorful satin stripes sewn in, fitted bodice with a full skirt, spaghetti straps, back zip, fully lined. Matching netted scarf included Dress is marked a size 6 but runs small, shown on a size 4 Mannequin, please see measurements.
