refreshm1nt The thread is metallic, so what appears to be white is the material shimmering. I don’t believe the dress is vintage, dress was a collaboration with L’Wren Scott and Banana Republic. Should to shoulder the dress measures approximately 16”. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
